Here we answer the most common questions we are asked. If you have a question which hasn't been answered, please complete an enquiry form and we'll be in touch with the answer.

How and when can I register for my accommodation

You will be sent information on how and why you can register and a link to a registration page. On a set day, you’ll be emailed out a password for the registration section of our website. Our rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis, so we have the same registration day for everyone to keep it as fair as possible.

Are there shared bedrooms? 

The Bell Hotel has individual bedrooms only, some rooms share a kitchen and bathroom with one other bedroom.

Can I request to share with a specific person?

At the bottom of the registration form there is a ‘Special Requests’ box. If there is a certain person you would like to share with please both request it in that box.

What if The Bell is full? 

If The Bell Hotel reaches its capacity, we work with a number of local landlords to help provide everyone with accommodation. The price for a room in a house varies depending on the house.

Is there parking at The Bell?

The car park at The Bell is owned by a different company, but we have the option of renting spaces from them. The spaces are £150 for the year, payable in advance with the first months’ rent. 

How do I request a parking space? 

When you register for accommodation you can request a parking space on your registration form. These are allocated on a first come first serve basis so indicate this early to avoid disappointment.

Are there lockers at The Bell?

There are lockers at the bell that you can request on your registration form. They are £50 to hire for the year, payable in advance.
