Accommodation at The Bell Hotel

Rooms we offer.

We have a mixture of shared and individual rooms at The Bell Hotel, split separately between boys and girls. The rent is over a 12 month period starting on 1st August, a full month in advance. We do not take deposits.

First floor: Twin room

These rooms are for female students. These rooms provide students with single beds, a mattress, a small wardrobe, a 22” TV, and a shared bathroom with shower. A shared kitchen area** fully equipped with a two ring hob.’ ‘These rooms are charged at £4260 per year, which can either be paid in full in advance or in 12 monthly instalments of £355 per month starting on 1^st August.

**Maximum sharing capacity of 4 students to one kitchen and bathroom.

Ground floor: Individual room

These rooms are for male students only, they are operated on ground floor level. These rooms provide students with a single or double bed (depending on availability), mattress, a small wardrobe and a 22” TV.

On the ground floor, the boys share a communal kitchen, toilets and a shower block.

These rooms are charged at £5280 per year, which can either be paid in full in advance or in 12 monthly instalments of £440 per month starting on 1^st August.

Ground floor facilities

On the ground floor the boys have access to a shared kitchen, 3 toilets and a shower block.

Ground floor: Twin room

This room is for male students only, they are operated on ground floor level. These rooms provide students with a single bed, mattress, a small wardrobe and a 22” TV.

On the ground floor, the boys share a communal kitchen, toilets and a shower block.

Second floor: Individual room

These rooms are for female students. These rooms provide students with a single bed, mattress, a small wardrobe, a 22” TV, an en-suite including a shower and a kitchenette, fully equipped with a two ring hob.

These rooms are charged at £5280 per year, which can either be paid in full in advance or in 12 monthly instalments of £440 per month starting on 1^st August.

**If a double bed has been left by a previous student then we will leave it there for you

On the first floor, you will have access to our common room with large sofas and TV, as well as our laundry room.
